Headquartered in Amman, Royal Jordanian (RJ) is the country's flag carrier. It was founded in 1963. The airline operates from a hub at Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) and has designated King Hussein International Airport (AQJ) as a focus city. It flies to about 60 destinations in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, Africa and North America. A member of the Oneworld alliance, Royal Jordanian has codeshare agreement with eight alliance airlines and seven non-Oneworld carriers. The airline's fleet of 27 aircraft includes four Airbus A319-132 planes, six Airbus A320-232 planes, two Airbus A330-223 planes and five Boeing 787–8 planes. Each is configured with Business Class and Economy Class cabins.
