Airline Overview
Finland's largest airline and flag carrier, Finnair was founded in 1923 as Aero O/Y and is one of the world's oldest airlines. The airline operates from a hub at Helsinki Airport (HEL). A member of the Oneworld alliance, Finnair flies to about 90 destinations, nine of which are domestic. International destinations include countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, North America and the Caribbean. In addition to its Oneworld partners, it also has codeshare agreements with 10 other carriers. The airline's fleet of 71 planes feature both all-Economy Class configurations as well as three-cabin configurations with Business Class, Economy Comfort Class (Premium Economy Class) and Economy Class.
