Carry-On Allowance
Each economy class passenger is allowed to carry on one bag. Crown class passengers (except those traveling on an Embraer aircraft, where the limit is one piece of carry on baggage for all passengers) may carry-on two pieces of baggage. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the following requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions of small handbag/briefcase: 9 in x 14 in x 22 in/23 cm x 36 cm x 56 cm (depth x height x width)
- Maximum Dimensions of suit pack/garment bag, when unfolded: 4 in x 24 in x 45 in/11 cm x 60 cm x 114 cm (thick x width x length)
- Maximum Weight: 15 lb/7 kg
Articles such as a coat, an umbrella or walking stick, a small camera or binoculars, a pair of crutches can be carried on-board free of charge.
Laptop computers and small video camera units will be considered equivalent to a briefcase or one overnight bag. Items which exceed these limitations are not permitted into the aircraft cabin.
Infants
Infants are allowed baby food and other necessities for the flight, to a maximum weight of 15 lb/7kg, in addition to the carry-on allowance of the accompanying adult. Baby buggies may need to be checked in at the gate due to limited stowage in the aircraft cabin space.
Checked Baggage Allowance for all destinations except North America
Crown Class: One piece of luggage
- Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight: 64 lb/30 kg
Economy Class: One piece of luggage
- Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight: 44 lb/20 kg
Children paying 50% or more of adult fare
Same as adult allowance.
Infants paying 10% of fare
10 kg plus one fully-collapsible stroller, infant carrying basket, or car seat, which may be checked or carried on, subject to the availability of space.
Flights to/from North America
Crown Class: Two pieces of luggage
- Maximum Dimensions of each piece: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Combined Size of both pieces: 107 linear inches/273 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight of each piece: 70 lb/32 kg
Economy Class: Two pieces of luggage
- Maximum Dimensions of each piece: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Combined Size of both pieces: 107 linear inches/273 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight of each piece: 50 lb/23 kg
Children paying 50% or more of adult fare
Same as adult allowance.
Infants paying 10% of fare: One piece of luggage
- Maximum Dimensions: 45 linear inches/115 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight: 50 lb/23 kg
Wheelchairs and assistive devices will be carried free of charge for handicapped passengers and are not included in free baggage allowance. Limited stowage space in the cabin may require these items to be stowed in the hold and returned to the passenger at their destination in the baggage delivery hall.

$150 per piece, each way
Overweight Baggage Fees
Fee for any bag weighing 51-70 lb: $50
Bags weighing more than 70 lb/32 kg will not be accepted, with the exception of special baggage (sporting equipment, musical instruments, wheelchairs, pets, etc.) that it is reserved of at the time of booking.
Sports Equipment
Some checked items, such as surfboards and bicycles will be charged a fixed handling fee because of size, fragility, or other handling requirements while others may be checked in lieu of one of your checked bags.
