Passengers will, in most cases, be able to print their boarding pass(es).  Passengers traveling on the following fares or schedules may not print their boarding pass and must collect their boarding pass at the airport check-in counter:

  • Passengers travelling with a resident fare who present a work contract
  • Passengers travelling with a resident fare and an infant
  • Passengers with connecting flights
  • Passengers who requested special baggage transportation
  • Passengers who requested special assistance
  • Passengers flying to or from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Cape Verde

Yes, however, currently [1 October 2018] there is not an app, therefore, you may use an internet browser on your mobile. You may check-in for your Azores Airlines (S4) flight with your mobile device starting 48 hours and ending 75 minutes before the scheduled departure time, depending on departure city and destination. Passengers with connecting flights from SATA Air Acores to Azores Airlines and SATA Imagine mebers who redeemed miles to upgrade to Executive Class are not eligible for mobile check-in.
