While this website says the seat width is 18" that is a very generous statement, I suspect it is less. The seat pitch was also disappointing, it is certainly not a plane of choice for anyone on the plus side. It is obviously configured to haul the maximum number of Korean people from place to place and not for persons with larger frames.

Asiana markets this seat as a "Preferred Seat". I found it to be extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this seat. While the passenger may have "extended" legroom, this seat oddly sticks out into the aisle and the flight attendants bump into this seat every time they come up and down the aisles with their carts. I was spilled on and run over by carts several times during the 11 hour flight from Seattle to Seoul. Your tray table and TV come out of the same arm rest compartment making juggling your belongings, food or beverage, and entertainment a challenge. There is not a lot of space for your belongings except overhead. I have found better luck with the bulkhead because it provides a little more personal space. I fly Asiana frequently, I have accumulated one hundred thousand miles on Asiana in the last year and a half and this experience was the worst by far.

Seat 10B is actually not at all bad for legroom. True, it's got the bulkhead, but it feels like there is more room for your legs than in a regular seat. Plus, you can put your feet up on the bulkhead if you're tall enough (I'm 5'8", and I was barely able to do it with my legs fully extended). There's no need for you to get up if the person in 10A wants to leave their seat. The lavatory in front of 10B on the map is actually for business class only, although economy passengers do tend to cross over the galley to use the lavatory on the other side of the plane, which is economy class. Seat width is slightly narrower, as the tray table and personal TV are stored in the armrest. Be aware that baby bassinets can be mounted at all bulkhead seats; families with babies are often seated in those seats for this reason.

The business class seats on this flight are old, worn and very uncomfortable, even for angled lie-flat seats.
