Viva Aerobus (VB) is a Mexican low-cost airline founded in 2006 by the Ryan family, founders of Ryanair, and IAMSA, the largest bus company in Mexico. IAMSA became the full owner of the airline in 2016. The airline is headquartered in Mexico City, with bases at the Cancun International Airport (CUN), Guadalajara International Airport (GDL), Mexico City International Airport (MEX) and Monterrey International Airport (MTY). Viva Aerobus (VB) serves 24 destinations in Mexico as well as one in the United States, Houston. Viva Aerobus' (VB) fleet is comprised of 20 Airbus A320-200 aircraft and two Airbus A320neo aircraft.
