Pegasus Airlines (PC) allows 1 carry-on bag and select personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag, umbrella, duty free bag, etc.) per passenger fee free.
Carry-on should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions:
- 20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm
- 8 kg
NOTE: Bulkhead seats do not have under seat storage, therefore, all carry-on baggage must be stowed in the overhead bin during take-off and landing.
What is Pegasus Airlines’ (PC) checked baggage / hold luggage policy?
Pegasus Airlines’ (PC) standard checked baggage / hold luggage allowance varies based on ticket class:
- On Turkey domestic flights and flights to Northern Cyprus:
- Essentials: no more than 15 kg of luggage
- Advantage: no more than 20 kg of luggage
- Extras: no more than 25 kg of luggage
- On international flights:
- Basic: no checked baggage allowance
- Essentials: no more than 20 kg of luggage
- Advantage no more than 20 kg of luggage
- Extras: no more than 25 kg of luggage
Passengers under 2 years of age have a baggage allowance of 10kg, and cannot purchase additional baggage.
What is Pegasus Airlines’ (PC) fee for excess and/or overweight baggage?
Pegasus Airlines (PC) will charge fees for luggage weights that are greater than your baggage allowance, and pre-paying for excess baggage outside of the airport is cheaper. Passengers flying domestically within Turkey pay 4 TL/kg over for one flight, and 8 TL/kg over for connecting domestic flights if the excess baggage is purchased in advance. Passengers flying domestically who pay baggage overage fees at the airport pay 8 TL/kg for one flight, and 30 TL/kg for bags under 20 kg and 12 TL/kg for bags over 20 kg for conecting domestic flights. Are there fees for sports equipment on Pegasus Airlines (PC)?
Yes. The fee depends on the type of sports equipment and whether the flight is domestic or international. The fees are listed below:
- For domestic flights:
- Golf set: 15 TRY
- Sailboard: 45 TRY
- Diving equipment: 30 TRY
- Skis: 10 TRY
- Bicycle: 45 TRY
- Other special equipment: 45 TRY
- For international flights:
- Golf set: 20 USD
- Sailboard: 45 USD
- Diving equipment: 15 USD
- Skis: 10 USD
- Bicycle: 45 USD

CPAP Devices:
Passengers who would like to carry their portable oxygen concentrators with them will only be allowed to carry these items inside the cabin if the device is compatible with the standards accepted by Pegasus and in exchange of a written declaration submitted by the Passenger regarding special terms applicable to the carriage of these devices. Passengers should contact the Pegasus Call Center no later than 48 hours prior to their Flight’s departure to obtain information on limitations and the content of the declaration.
