What if my child turns 2 on the trip; will I have to buy a ticket for the return flight?
No. The age of a passenger is determined by his or her age at the start of the trip.
What infant amenities are available on the aircraft I'll be flying (i.e. bassinets)?
Infant passengers without a seat have a baggage allowance of one piece, not exceeding 10 kg and 203 cm as a sum of the three dimensions. Strollers will be treated as excess baggage and charged accordingly, and may be checked at the aircraft door. Passengers may pre-order baby meals. These meals must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure. There are no bassinets available on any Nordwind Airlines (N4) aircraft.
Can I sit in the Exit Row with my infant?
No, passengers travelling with infants may not sit in the Exit Row.
