Does Hong Kong Express have online check-in?
Yes, Hong Kong Express Web Check-in allows you to check in 48 hours before and closes 75 mins before scheduled departure time.Online Check-in is available for flights departing Hong Kong SAR (except to Saipan), Japan, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan (China), Vietnam and Cambodia, between 75 minutes and 48 hours prior to departure. It is not available for bookings with infants and Guests that require assistance. If you do not have any check-in baggage, you can go straight to the gate with your mobile boarding pass and enjoy.
Does Hong Kong Express have Web check-in?
Simply log on to hkexpress.com with your flight details to start using our Web check-in service. You will need to print a copy of your electronic boarding pass using a A4 sized paper. If you do not have a printer with you, please check-in using our mobile app instead.
Can I use Online Check-in if I have bags to check?
For guests that need to check-in your baggage, please visit our online check-in counters at airports accordingly. Guests are reminded to arrive at the boarding gate at least 40 minutes before departure to prepare for boarding, and gate will be closed 20 minutes before departure.
