Frontier (F9)
Airline Overview
Founded in 1994, Frontier Airlines (F9) is a low-cost carrier based in Denver and operating from a hub at Denver International Airport (DEN). It has designated eight other U.S. airports as focus cities. The carrier flies to about 55 destinations in the United States, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Mexico. It also has a codeshare agreement with Great Lakes Airlines (ZK). Frontier Airlines has a fleet of 57 aircraft, all of which are Airbus planes. Each is configured with a single Economy Class cabin, though certain rows are designated as Stretch Seating and have additional legroom.
