The Edelweiss Air baggage policy for regular basic fares include the following:
• Carry-on/Hand baggage
• Business and Economy: 1 personal item - Fee free
• Business: 2 items - Fee free; Economy: 1 item
• Checked baggage / Hold luggage – Business: 2 bags, 32kg/70 lb each; Economy: 1 bag, 23kg/50 lb (Brazil flights: 2 bags, 23kg/50 lb each)
• Overweight and Oversize bags - Applicable fees per bag depending on weight and size categories
• Sports equipment - Certain items might have applicable fees

Edelweiss Air allows 2 carry-on/hand bags if flying in Business Class and 1 carry-on/hand bag if flying in Economy Class and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger fee free.
• Carry-on/Hand baggage should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions:
• 47 linear inches (22 x 16 x 9 in) or 118 centimeters (55 x 40 x 23 cm) including handles and wheels
• Weight no more than 8 kg or 17.5 lb
• Fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you
• A foldable garment bag may be accepted as one carry-on/hand baggage item [maximum 16 x 12 x 4 in/40 x 30 x 10 cm]
• Personal item should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions:
• 32 linear inches (16 x 12 x 4 in) or 80 centimeters (40 x 30 x 10 cm)
• Fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you
• A jacket, umbrella, diaper bag, duty free items, and assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, strollers, child restraint seats, etc.) do not count towards your carry-on/hand baggage allowance.

· Short- & Medium-haul flights: CHF90

Are there fees for sports equipment on Edelweiss Air?
Sports equipment such as skis, golf bags, fishing equipment, hockey, and lacrosse equipment will be accepted up to Edelweiss Air’s size and weight limits and will count as one checked bag/hold bag. Associated fees might be applied.
CPAP Devices:
For POCs, please inform your booking agent or Edelweiss (meda@flyedelweiss.com) that you require oxygen on board and that you wish to bring your own device. Also please enter your medical details in the SAF/MEDIF form with your doctor and read and complete the POC-Form.
