Does Condor allow pets in the cabin?
Yes, pets weighing up to 13 lb (6 kg), including container, may be carried in the cabin. The size of the carrier must not exceed 21.6 x 15.7 x 7.8 in (55 x 40 x 20 cm). Only cats and dogs can be transported in the cabin.
Does Condor allow pets as checked baggage?
Yes, pets between 13 lb (6 kg) and 66 lb (30kg) can be booked as checked baggage. To inquire about booking an animal over 66 lb (30 kg), call +49 (0) 6171 6988922.
Cats and dogs can be transported as checked baggage, along with birds and rabbits. Hamsters, mice, and guinea pigs cannot be transported by any means.

Regulations for Cabin and Cargo Hold Transport
- Pet must have confirmed reservation with a booked passenger
- 1 pet per passenger in cabin or cargo hold
- Cats/dogs can only be transported in the EU if they are 4 months old
- Sick or injured animals cannot be transported
- Containers must comply with IATA Live Animals Regulations
- Traveler must obtain all necessary information on necessary health, transit, veterinary, vaccination, and all other necessary documentation for pet travel
How do I reserve pet transport?
You can book your pet's transport online in the Special Services section of the website. Only pets up to or under 66 lb (30kg) can be reserved though the Special Services section. Call +49 (0) 6171 6988922 to inquire about heavier animals.
Reservations for a pet in cabin must be made 8 hours before depature. For an animal in hold the reservation has to be done at least 48 hours before departure.
Service Animals
Service animals are transported free of change, providing they have confirmed reservation and documented training. A muzzle must be carried for the service animal for safety reasons. Reservations for service animals should be made as soon as possible.
