First and Dynasty Class: 2 Bags + 1 Personal Item
Economy Class: 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. You must be able to lift your carry-on into the overhead storage without assistance. All carry-on bags must adhere to the following requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 22 x 14 x 9 in/56 x 36 x 23 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight of Carry-on Luggage: 15 lb/7 kg

For flights to/from the USA and Canada and certain countries in South and Central America, a piece concept applies:
First and Dynasty class passengers
- Checked Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
- Maximum Dimensions of each piece: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight of each piece: 70 lb/32 kg
Ecomony class passengers
- Checked Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
- Maximum Dimensions of each piece: 62 linear inches/158 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Combined Dimensions of both pieces: 107 in/273 cm
- Maximum Weight of each piece: 50 lb/23 kg
Infants without a seat (10% price ticket)
- Checked Baggage Allowance: 1 piece plus one fully collapsible stroller
- Maximum Dimensions: 45 linear inches/115 cm (length + width + height)
- One totally-folded or portable infant trolley may be carried free of charge.
Gold card and Emerald card members are allowed one extra piece of baggage. Paragon card members are allowed two extra pieces of baggage.

Excess/Overweight/Oversized Baggage Fees
For flights to/from the USA and Canada and certain countries in South and Central America, a piece concept applies:
- Excess baggage: Each baggage exceeding the two piece allowance will be charged the fare of one piece of excess baggage.
- Oversize baggage: Each bag exceeding 62 in/158 cm but less than 80 in/203 cm will be excluded from the free baggage allowance and one piece excess baggage will be charged. Each bag exceeding 80 in/203 cm will be excluded from the free baggage allowance and three times of applicable unit rate will be charged.
- Excess and oversized: Each baggage exceeding the two pieces allowance and the total dimensions exceeding 62 in/158 cm but less than 80 in/203 cm will be charged twice of applicable unit rate.
- Overweight: The weight of each baggage exceeding 70 lb/32 kg but less than 99 lb/45 kg will be excluded from the free baggage allowance and three times of the applicable unit rate will be charged. Each additional 22 lb/10 kg or fraction thereof, one additional unit rate will be charged.

Charge is calculated on the basis of each extra kg exceeding the free baggage allowance and may vary from route to route.
