If total weight is not included in normal checked baggage allowance, for the first 15 kg, the charge is equal to the applicable charge for 6 kg of excess baggage charge, any weight in excess of 15 kg is normal excess baggage.
Other Sporting Equipment
Same charges apply as regular checked baggage. Surfboards are not allowed on the AT7, and a maximum of 3 boards are allowed on the A319/320. One board shall not exceed 109 in (277 cm).
Scuba Equipment
Same charges apply as regular checked baggage. You may take an empty scuba tank, scuba regulator, tank harness, tank pressure gauge, mask, knife, unloaded spear gun, and a safety vest.
CPAP Devices:
Bangkok Airways allows CPAP / POC machines to be boarded, but they must pass the security system check and they must remove water before boarding. In the event that the CPAP device has a battery, whether it is Build-in or External, the principle will be considered as a dangerous object. If not in danger, you can bring the device on board. If the passenger has a lithium-ion backup battery with a rate exceeding 100 kWh / hour but not more than 160 kWh / hour, you can put the device in a boarding bag up to 2 cubes per 1 passenger.
