Carry-On Allowance: 1 Bag + 1 Personal Item
Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a purse or briefcase. Assistive devices and outer garments do not count as personal items. All carry-on luggage must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you and adhere to the following requirements:
- Maximum Dimensions of Carry-on Luggage: 18in x 14in x 10in/45cm x 35cm x 25cm (length x width x height)
- Maximum Weight of Carry-on Luggage: 11 lb/5 kg

Checked Baggage Allowance
Passengers traveling within Italy must adhere to the below weight requirement:
- All Classes: 44 lb/20 kg
Passengers traveling to/from the U.S., Canada or Mexico, must adhere to the below requirements:
- Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
- Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight for Business Class: 70 lb/32 kg per bag
- Maximum Weight for Economy Class: 50 lb/23 kg per bag
Passengers traveling to/from Brazil, must adhere to the below requirements:
- Baggage Allowance: 2 pieces
- Maximum Dimensions: 62 linear inches/157 cm (length + width + height)
- Maximum Weight: 70 lb/32 kg per bag
Passengers traveling to/from all other international destinations, must adhere to the below requirements:
- Maximum Weight for Business Class: 66 lb/30 kg
- Maximum Weight for Economy Class: 44 lb/20 kg
Excess, Overweight, Oversize Baggage Fees

CPAP Devices:
Passengers must provide at least 48 hours advance notice and check in one hour before the check-in time for the general public to receive the allowance of POCs. Passengers should bring an adequate number of batteries on board the aircraft to power their electronic respiratory assistive medical devices (to power the device for 150% of the expected maximum flight duration. If the apparatus contains a lithium battery, it must not exceed 100Kwh, maximum 2 additional spare batteries of maximum 100 Kwh each can be carried on board, provided they are individually packed in protective casing. Lithium batteries are prohibited in the hold.
