What is Air North’s (4N) baggage policy?
Air North's (4N) baggage policy includes the following:
- 1 personal item - Fee free
- 1 carry-on/cabin bag - Fee free
- Checked baggage / Hold luggage - Applicable fees per bag increase with number checked
- Overweight and Oversize bags - Applicable fees per bag depending on weight and size categories
- Sports equipment - Certain items might have applicable fees
What is Air North's (4N) carry-on/cabin baggage policy?
Air North (4N) allows 1 carry-on/cabin bag and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger fee free.
Personal items must be within the following specifications:
- A jacket, umbrella, diaper bag, duty free items, and assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, strollers, child restraint seats, etc.) do not count towards your carry-on allowance
- Fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you
- Maximum weight of 10kg (22lbs.)
NOTE: Bulkhead seats do not have under seat storage, therefore, all carry-on/cabin baggage must be stowed in the overhead bin during take-off and landing.
What is Air North’s (4N) checked baggage / hold luggage policy?
- All checked baggage must be presented at the check-in counter.
- Each checked bag must have an identification tag.
- Baggage and carry-on articles will be carried within the space and weight limitation of the aircraft.
- All baggage or goods presented for transportation are subject to inspection by Air North's (4N) personnel.
- No articles of baggage or goods will be carried when that article is likely to endanger the aircraft, persons or property; are likely to be damaged by air carriage; or if the carriage of that article would violate any applicable law, regulation, or order.
- Maximum dimensions 62 inches or 158 centimeters (length + width + height)

Are there fees for sports equipment on Air North (4N)?
Sporting items will be accepted as checked baggage. If in excess of a passenger’s baggage allowance in number or weight, excess baggage or overweight baggage fees will apply. In addition, sporting equipment must fit within the size restrictions based upon the aircraft operating the route.
