- Your pet must have all required vaccines in order to be permitted on board
- Your pet must be identified by an electronic chip
- Your pet must possess a valid European passport provided and completed by an authorised veterinarian that certifies that it has been properly vaccinated
- Travel outside of the European Union requires that you check the applicable regulations (e.g., vaccinations and quarantine) for the originating and destination countries
- Travel to Ireland, Malta, Sweden or the United Kingdom is restricted with additional regulations that apply, therefore, you must check with the embassy of the destination country

- Travel in the passenger cabin

Does my pet qualify for travel in the Air Corsica passenger cabin?
Pets that meet the following qualifications can travel in the passenger cabin:
- Your pet can comfortably remain in its kennel and under the seat for the entire flight
- Only domesticated cats and dogs are allowed
- Dogs and cats are at least 8 weeks old and have been weaned for at least 5 days before departure
- The kennel is specifically made for animal carriage – note that hard crates for transportation in the cabin are forbidden
- Total weight of the pet and the carrier may not exceed 8kg
- Your pet has all necessary health documents required by your destination (see below for more information)
Does my pet qualify for travel on Air Corsica as checked hold baggage?
Pets that meet the following qualifications can travel as checked hold baggage:
- Your pet can comfortably remain in its kennel for the entire flight
- The kennel meets all requirements (see below for more information) and the combined weight of the animal and kennel does not exceed 75kg
- Your pet must be at least 15 weeks old (eight weeks for flights in metropolitan France)
- Your pet has all necessary health documents required by your destination (see below for more information)
Does my pet qualify to be shipped as cargo on Air Corsica?

What are the fees associated with pet transport on Air Corsica?
Fee for pet in the passenger cabin:
- Flights within metropolitan France: €20
- Flights to or from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Paris Orly (ORY): €30
- Flights to or from Europe: €40
Fee for pet checked as baggage:
- Flights within metropolitan France: €20
- Flights to or from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Paris Orly (ORY): €60
- Flights to or from Europe: €40
What are the kennel requirements for transporting a pet as checked hold baggage on Air Corsica?
- Be leak-proof and escape-proof
- Be properly ventilated, but not allow any part of the animal from protruding outside of the container
- Provide enough room for the animal to stand and turn around
- Be made of metal, wood, or a hard plastic/composite
- Contain absorbent material or litter
- Have functional handles on the kennel's exterior to prevent tilting and any direct contact with the animals
- Be closed securely, but not locked
- Have labels with the words "LIVE ANIMAL - ANIMAL VIVANT" in letters at least 1-inch tall on the crate's top and on at least one side
- Have upright arrow labels indicating kennel's correct position

Air Corsica can refuse to transport an animal due to illness, aggressive behavior, poor kenneling, or extreme temperatures at origin, transfer, or destination airports.
